In 2004, the company founder Tracy Wilkinson-Claros moved from England to Austin, Texas with the intent of introducing authentic artisan British hot puddings to the USA.  These traditional desserts have undergone a huge revival in popularity in Britain and are receiving a fabulous welcome in the U.S! 

The company is named after a dessert - sticky toffee pudding which is traditional to Tracy's home region -The Lake District, of England.  Our two wonderful follow up products namely English Lemon Puddings and Molten Chocolate Baby-cakes are equally scrumptious.  Our latest offering is the wonderful Sticky Ginger Pudding.

All of our puddings are hand-made in small batches with great care to ensure that they are moist and delicious when you get to eat them.  We use only the finest quality, fresh natural ingredients.  The puddings are each baked in individual mini pudding basins giving them an authentic "pudding" shape.

We are very proud of our company logo which was specially painted by friend and local artist  Pat Brown and reflects the unique and  artisan nature of all our products.  Our beautiful photographs are by Stacy Sodolak who instantly understood the nature of the puddings and captured them exquisitly on my home kitchen table amongst my antique kitchen paraphanalia!

The frequent response to first tasting sticky toffee pudding is "that is the best thing I have ever put in my mouth - it should be illegal!"  It is the firm favorite of Texas's own former First Lady - Lady Bird Johnson.  We hope that you have a similar reaction and that eating the puddings makes  you feel  as happy as it is supposed to!
