Sticky Ginger Pudding

This pudding is delightful - moist and fragrant made with fresh apple, fresh ginger, candied ginger and 
organic ground ginger with a toffee sauce.

Difficulty sourcing the authentic ingredients has delayed the introduction of this pudding but after perseverance we've found all the special elements including English treacle and Stone's Green Ginger Wine.

We think you will love it.

Serving with a ice-cream,  whipping cream, a creme anglais or custard is recommended.
