Try our newest product - Warm Chocolate and Almond Pudding!

This pudding evolved from a 
combination of my ideas & parts of recipes by British cooks - Delia Smith and Nigella Lawson. The idea that perfected the recipe- using almond meal to make the cake moist and nutty came from The Village Bakery, Melmerby where 
they make an almond torte  loved by my sister Meredith.

The dessert is shelf stable although refrigerating upon arrival is recommended to extend shelf life.  The puddings can be refrigerated for 4 weeks, and they do freeze beautifully for up to 6 months.

They are simple to heat - either microwave in the container for 45 seconds or warm  in a preheated - 350F/180C oven for 10 minutes.  The container is oven proof.
Serve with vanilla bean ice cream or whipped cream.
