In 2004, the company founder Tracy Wilkinson-Claros moved from England to Austin, Texas with the intent of introducing authentic artisan British hot puddings to the USA. These fabulous restaurant quality desserts are baked for you to enjoy at home with friends and family. She named the company after a dessert—sticky toffee pudding which is traditional to Tracy’s home region—The Lake District, of England.
Many of these recipes have a family connection having grown up in a baking family. Tracy is
fanatical in developing the recipes and sourcing the ingredients for these ultimate indulgent treats.
Tracy is an active part of the Austin food and philanthropic community and a member of the Les Dames D’Escoffier. She also supports local Austin charities The Green Corn Project, Project Transitions, and Kids for Kids.
