Can you explain your peanut allergy program?

The products are baked in a facility where tree nuts or peanuts are present.  We take the following steps to avoid cross contamination:
Peanut and tree nuts are stored in sealed containers on separate shelving to other ingredients.
Our non peanut products are baked before any peanut products during a production day.
All surfaces and equipment are cleaned and sterilized to avoid cross contamination before production begins.
Bakers uniforms are covered with disposal aprons when peanut products are baked.
