The Sticky Toffee Pudding Company was founded in Austin, Texas by Tracy Claros, a native of England and a baker since childhood.  These pure hand-made desserts reflect the revival of the great tradition of British hot puddings brought to America for you to share. The desserts are the ultimate in comfort food, a taste of yesteryear in a busy modern world.
